ran with Jesse and Officer Dan, nice easy run, hills werent totally easy at this pace but felt good overall and nice having good company in the snow.... i cant believe its still snowing
considered doing MP, but overall feeling beat up this week so saving it for sunday - i dont think i could have if i tried
