ugh - too hot, warm up was a little long/ fast since i was late and running all the way there. Just did plain old threshold without the pickups to ease back in with hip. First one felt fine, last one felt bad. Hoping this was just the heat that was the problem. Didn't feel worth it to try to do another when I figured I wouldn't hit it.
