With Todd, after short warm up started MP at firehouse, felt surprisingly easy, could hold a conversation comfortably even through majority of the hills (heartbreak was quiet)... stopped paying attention to watch after the hills and just fell into a rhythm, overall faster than i was looking to do, but I'm ok with it
psoas was better than it had been at the start, by the finish it was kind of sore again, hard to tell how sore and how much im just worried about it - will take tomorrow off in case that helps
