Racing the Storm...Friday afternoon run...Mostly cloudy and windy as a storm approaches the area...Ran lively at a mid to fast tempo pace to beat the rain...Ran the scenic road over the bridge and looped back to base on the orange trail...A couple of other hikers were out and a dog walker...Recovery: Magic Hat beer (first time) not bad...Rain started about 10 minutes after I finished my run...Reached the 400 mile mark for 2014...533c...felt good...
