sunny clear and cool...running to beat the sunset...it's the last week of daylight savings time so I need to get as many miles in after work as possible...red straight day of 10 miles aiming for 2 more...felt like I was grinding it out until 6 miles in then found a groove...trail canopy is looking good with fall color...deer in scarce supply...horseback riders...large planes over head...burned 1626c...recovery was a Budweiser Tall Boy...felt good...
