Conditions:
Day 2 of a 5 day to run 10 miles 5 days in a row…sun and a mix of clouds…cold to start at 35 degrees with a nice warm-up to the low 50s by the time I finished…
The Run
Took the scenic road out to the Merkle bridge crossing and back to the red trail out to St. Thomas Church Road…back down trail to park road with running on purple trail to park HQ…return on road to red trail turn on blue trail and finish back on road…no aches and pains or even tired legs after Saturday’s 10 mile effort…quiet times
Wildlife:
Deer…Geese…saw a fox scampering away on purple trail section…campers out in field…
Random Notes:
Quiet Sunday morning run…focused on mileage goal for the month and year…attempted to finalize some race plans…1674c...felt good...
