Description: Front and Side Leg Swings prior to any running (10 reps each leg)
Group Warm Up
1 mile warm-up at easy conversational pace
6-8 x 800 repetitions at challenging pace with a VERY EASY 400 meter walk/jog in between each repetition
Rest should equal your work effort (i.e. If you run 4:00 for an 800 your recovery should be 4:00)
1 mile cool down at easy conversational pace in opposite direction of workout
