Notes
Conditions:
Brilliant morning sunshine…chilly 46 degrees warmed up to 66 degrees by finish…heavy dew on the grass…I, on the other hand, was out of sorts…too much Saturday merriment on top of a long work week had me shuffling along…the weather was better than my run but worth it
The Run:
Ran the scenic road field course over to Merkle…large field loop with all the sides…up and down goose music hill back to base…ankle soreness gone…legs a bit tight…
Wildlife:
Geese flying in formation over field at start…deer galore in the fields…same fox same place same time…blue heron liftoff…
Random Notes:
Not my best day on the trails…seemed too preoccupied to find my groove today…look for a bounce back in the coming week…Passed the 1,000 mile mark for the year!
