Right back into my scenic road to merkle field loop routine course…pace was casual but determined…felt totally comfortable…
Wildlife:
Up close with the deer…herd out in the field again with big buck…a crazed squirrel or two…today’s stat was bald eagle in low flight at canoe landing…seen it there before
Random Notes:
Nice rebound from Sunday’s mediocre effort…dealing with a minor head cold…visualizing race…hoping to break 2hrs 30min for metric marathon…
