sunny breeze and chilled...sart 41 degrees finish at 49 degrees...did one loop on my 50K course...over to merkle with all side trails large field loop up to fenno road entrance red trail loop...back to base...saw the couple that runs at merkle a couple of birdwatchers...touring cars...kayaker coimng ahsore at beaver trail dock...quiet most of the time...tried to visualize one day hike...this felt like a good pace to try for one day hike event next weekend...will have me finish in 13 hrs or less...more realistic to go for 15hrs...1696c...felt good...
