another sunny and mild november morning...ran the stair trail out to St. Thomas Church Road via trail...saw nice lady runner out on the road...trails were mostly sloppy after the three day nor'easter that blew through the area during the week...not feeling all that great...struggled with this run...walk breaks but not at running intervals...since pace is below 12min...I will qualify this as a run...barely...felt OK...
