first Jug Bay run of 2010...mild afternoon...high clouds pushing in...ran easy out the camp drive over to merkle...ran the side trails...including a farm loop...labored some on this run...finished 3m in 29:49 (9:57 pace)...hike/run final .89m...first encounter with hills in a while...had to use 4 wheel drive to pull out of parking...fenno road detour...bridge work...felt OK...
