overcast...not so cold...calm conditions...started out with a plan to run 4 miles...felt a sharp pain halfway up the right side of my back...under the rib cage...paused then decided to walk...felt sore...tried to run shortly after, but had to settle for a hike...took the bus depot trail out and back...lots of slop...standing water on one section of trail...was ablt jog lightly at about 2m...ended up getting about 1.5m in running distance...start building a base...felt OK...
