sunny and clear...cool...breezy at times...ran the camp drive and looped around to orange trail...merkle with canoe landing and corner farm field side trails...goose music hill spot two lone geese at the top...fenno road turnaround...hq loop...back to base...needed a good cleansing run after a long work week...eighty minutes of fun...cleared my head...ran casual but maintained training pace...1230c...felt good...
