partly cloudy with breaks of sun...blustery at times...brisk...camp drive over to merkle and up to the top of goose music hill out and back...took the canoe landing side trail on the way out skipped on the way back...kept a more intense training pace than yesterday's run...not much wildlife to speak of...saw a familiar bike rider...quiet time to reflect...811c...felt good...
