Conditions:
Eased into this run on a sunny clear and crisp fall afternoon…temp was 63 degrees with a wind that sometimes had a little force behind it…
The Run:
Took the scenic road loop with a couple of side trails…over and back across the merkle bridge…then some field running to extend my mileage…legs were a bit heavy after a weekend 5K and half marathon long distance yesterday…nothing ached or called out to me…quiet in the park...667c burned off
Wildlife:
Large herd of deer in parking area and fields…they seem to be comfortable with humans nearby…didn’t notice any geese today…and of course the always present random squirrel or two made an appearance…
Random Notes:
Just enjoyed the quiet and solitude…no hang-ups clouding my thoughts…said hello to a couple of young hikers…
Recovery:
Crisp Clean Water
