Conditions:
Clouds parting and sun breaking out just as I begin today’s run…pleasant 64 degrees to start but the warm-up comes quick finish with a temp of 78 degrees…camping group I saw on Friday afternoon are still out…quiet otherwise
The Run:
More focus on the Merkle side…took the scenic road over hit various side trails…did two loops around the big farm field with a trek up to Fenno Rd and a loop around the HQ with a side of Paw Paw trail
Wildlife:
Deer scattered in places and I saw a fox in one of the farm fields but not much else today
Random Notes:
Sluggish for the best part of an hour but then found a groove…contemplated future races and running mileage…HM: 15/30
Recovery:
Fosters
