LSD Run...Long Slow Distance with some uptempo bursts of energy...Can still feel the effects of last week's flu - recovery still in progress...An early taste of summer today with temps at 80 degrees...First visit to Jug Bay since before Christmas - seems the same! Saw a few deer around, a large bird in flight and some geese grazing...First step in kicking spring training into gear...1235c...felt good...
