sunny and mild...headed to the land trust over at Scientists Cliffs...trails soggy and sloppy...impassable on swamp trail...labored at first then ending up feeling something of a groove...walked 1.2m; ran 2.4m...enough (60%) running to use for a run workout...felt OK...
