sunny, mild, and quiet...pockets of warm air scattered on trails...ran easy...ran 5min run to 1min walk splits for the first 3.25m, then 3:1 splits for the final 2.75m...ran up the bus depot trail...took a sharp left down and over the bridge...cross road to St. Thomas Church Road trail...up to road and back on the stair trail...found the hills too tough for my current level of fitness...something to work on...felt OK...
