Back in Action 5K...Back issues kept me idle this spring break week...After last week's pavement pounding and increased mileage over the last two weeks PLUS a lot of twisting and turning with work in my garden was probably a little more than my achy back could take...Just general tightness and soreness in my lower middle section but enough to keep me quiet in the running dept this week...this morning's run just an attempt to get back to the feel of running and everything went fine...pace was set at Easy Does It...Some morning fogginess I had to run off...but otherwise a quiet Saturday morning 5,000 meters in the neighborhood...477c...felt good...
