Notes

3 2 2 1 1 with 2 min rest. I hit these pretty hard. I started to lose it the last minute of the 3 minutes, but everything else was solid. Spitzer told me to go pretty hard on these and I think I went decently hard, so mission accomplished. Only thing is I totally just did this how I used to do fartleks, which I think is not how you should do them per se, which is really hard on portion and just jog in between. Oh well, still a good workout.
