Fun run today out at Waterfall Glen. I felt decent but not awesome, but the run just came to me pretty naturally today so that's dope. I was cooking for a bit, but it really wasn't intentional at all. Slowed down towards the last few miles, but enjoyed the whole thing. That's a great place to get out and run at. Also pretty sure I saw Kilrea and some Notre Dame dudes.
