Notes

I felt really junky going into this but also had good energy if that makes sense. Like I was awake and had good energy that way but my body was rough. Anyway, I got into it and it went really well! I was supposed to do 7-8x800m @ thresh, but I went faster and did do the full 8 which I did not expect. I also did this on the outdoor track which made it easier for sure. All of my splits were between 2:25-2:29 so that's dope.
