Really fun race, felt more like on of our m-paces because of how awesome the pack was. So many PRs. All I want to do is race at notre dame now. One thing tactically is I need to pick a person in the pack to stay with because all I wanted to do was stay with the pack which resulted in me staying at the back of whoever was on the end of the pack. Next time there will be a specific person within the pack, and if that person is off the pack then I'll adjust mid race. Also I'm going to make sure I have eggs in the morning before my gatorade instead of cereal, felt that one in my stomach for the last 1.5 miles.
