Notes

I did 3x150, 3x80, 3x120 (idk why its 120 for the third set ask Sptizer lol). These were actually pretty solid. The 80m sprints were better than before because I actually used the first 30m to get up to speed instead of just trying to sprint out the gates. The last set of longer strides was sooo easy too because I just felt like I was jogging after doing the 80s.
