Notes

Heated before and stretched a little after. I was actually decently flexible despite that I haven't been doing a lot of stretching recently. I watched Jason do practice water barriers into the sand pit and I think we had a break through about hitting the ground with your feet under you and momentum going forward, because before he would mostly have one leg behind him and one leg way in front. He was very stable that way but would kill his momentum. I think if he does this properly during races he could cut off 20 seconds no problem just by doing that.
