Really nice run today. I felt really good pretty much out the gates, which never happens, except the last week or so lol. I think the taper is kicking in nicely. Also Spitzer's Wednesday Wisdom was pretty good this week. I am hoping his guys will run 70s for the 5k this weekend, and then I can kick off of that to try and take a shot at sub 14:30.
