Notes

Today was a shorter session, but a little quicker. It was much closer to what I did at Calvin more often. Longer rest too. The session was 1k @ T, 3x800m hard, 4x200m fast float. 45s rest after 1k, 2-3 minutes rest (jog 400m but sometimes stand for a bit) after 800m, 200m rest after 200m. hit 3:20 for the 1k then did 2:15, 2:17, 2:14. 200m were all in 31. I feel fine about this one, but not great or anything. I could've gone faster if I had someone to chase for sure. Longer rest was nice lol. Also it felt like it was all in my lungs, my legs were pretty much fine the whole time running that fast. Like it was hard, but idk the legs were definitely fully capable of this and maybe more. 200s felt solid. Just smooth and fast.
