Notes

3:45 3:46 3:45 3:40 (adjusted for the fact that I stopped for a solid 5 or so seconds after dom got tripped) 3:40. Overall felt pretty good this week. Not quite as easy as last week, but I did actually run faster overall and it was the last two that I picked up on instead of only the last one. Would like a longer warm up in the future.
