Today was a solid run. I felt pretty decent. Actually doing some warm up is a good idea even if I don't really wanna do it lol. I was originally supposed to do a Michigan today, but after Tuesday I didn't think that would be a good idea. So, I texted Spitz and he suggested brisk and strides. My watch was also low battery, which I think was a good thing, because for brisk I didn't have gps or nothin so I just looked a the time of day and said, "ok I'll go for like 12-15 minutes." Felt fine, have no idea how fast I was going, but it couldn't have been too slow or anything. I stopped at 13 minutes just because there was a natural physical stopping point.
