this was about the pace. We started off a little slower as is natural and then got going and last mile was just under six, so still controlled but definitely steady pace. We decided that steady pace is definitely what happens in purgatory, only on a treadmill as well. I tried to make huenecke throw up on the last mile by describing tommy kenny's middle school lunch and the time I fell in it after a race. Fun second half, but just not so much on the whole getting going part. it definitely takes me a little while to accelerate on these.
