Notes
I was tired by the end of this one. My day was a little jank but I ended up going with Leah and Maria at 3:30 to run. It was super nice to talk and run for a bit, but after 7 miles I would not have minded being done, but lead still had her workout to do and I was there to help. Got through it and was definitely under fueled (but what's new?). Longest run in a hot minute.
