Notes

Felt surprisingly good despite that I had to do it by myself in the afternoon. I actually think it was good I didn't do it in the morning because my legs were feeling not great so the fact that in the morning I ended up running like two miles was perfect because it got the junk out of my legs and then I mostly just sat around at work for a few hours and then came in the afternoon feeling refreshed. Definitely could've gone faster so I think that's a good sign moving forward.

Great work, Caleb. What else can you do outside of running that can help you get stronger? Do you have a pull up bar at home? Pushups at home in the evening? Start biking to and from practice? I know that you need to get to work so I don't know if that would be feasible or not? You are a huge key to this team this fall, both from a leadership standpoint, and your performance on the course. Be sure to communicate with me on a frequent basis.
