Notes

I stopped at 12. Wanted to go 15 today, but I knew that was a bad idea. I felt my calf at times, but it wasn't bad. I just think that it is unlikely to get a lot better without some time off, but I don't think I can do that. It is maintainable for sure and has not ever affected my performance, but if I just keep pushing through things I am a little worried about how it will be later. Anyway, otherwise my legs actually felt really good until we were almost back.
