Ok, so I am doing supplementary exercises instead of doing lifting since I can't really lift anything. Spitzer said to do this big long list of exercises, which I don't feel like writing out so text me if you care that much, but he also said to do it twice. Well, after one time through it had been 20 minutes and I was supposed to call Michelle, so I was like "that may have been more than he realized." That or I am just really slow, but I really didn't take any rest in between exercises, so hey, whatever. I did like the set though, I think it is good, just takes a long time.
