Notes

Probably a little over 30s per hill, but I did 6 of them as prescribed. Reason why I don't know the exact distance is because I forgot my watch today and I only realized it once I pulled into the DRP parking lot. Hills went well, did them on the old York St. hill route. I like that spot, hadn't used it since high school, so was a throw back. I added one focus to my usual "lean forward, powerful stride" thought that I keep in my head during hills. My new one was "relax arms" because I know when straining my arms go up and I get real tight up top. I think I did a good job with it overall.
