Notes

12 x 200m workout was really great today. I thought it was a great idea for a workout today considering we couldn't go outside. Did three sets of four 200s which I feel like will do lots for our speed considering we haven't done almost any speed work outside of strides. Did all of these with Dominic, Aidan, and Connor and afterwards we kinda think these aren't a full 200m but still close. First set averaged about 30 seconds. Second set was 27-28s. Third set was 26,26,26, 25 so we were really moving by this point, but still not quite all out (but pretty darn close). Felt good today. Happy to know that I can run relatively fast without almost any speed outside of strides.
