Notes

Been doing more warm-up before my runs the last couple days. I know the essentials now and am not gonna compromise on it. Definitely makes me feel better at the start of runs. Anyway, ran with Garrett this morning for his 5 miles and added on for 8. Felt good the first 5 and then got tired while I was by myself.
