5xK @ threshold-ish, 2x200m @ Fast Float all w/ 200m slow jog rest. I thought the Ks should be like 5:45-5:48 pace but I ended up going a little faster and progressing down. I felt fairly solid on all of it, but was disappointed in how fast the 200m felt but how slow the time was. All in all, I am happy with the workout for sure and it felt fun to get back on a track and do some reps like that again.
