Easy 11 miles out on Fairview Path. Took Fairview until it ends onto Brozio Road, over to Rock Springs Road, turned around at 5.5 and came back. Felt decent this morning despite that I did not do my warm up exercises. It is probably though because I have been doing such a good job with being consistent about that stuff and my recovery activities that I'm just not as crazy tight in general.
