Solid long run today. The guys who were there started to get excited after we were talking about stuff. I actually don't quite remember what, maybe it was racing or something. I think Garrett said something that slightly got under Taijhan's skin and then it slowly started getting faster lol. After that Aidan was excited because he was basically running his tempo pace and was feeling pretty good. Wrapped up the last couple miles pretty easy but definitely a fun day.
