Notes
Today I just did 6 even though I felt really good because I did the math and I actually have to do less most days to hit my total this week. I didn't do more than 8 any day last week but this week the mileage only goes up by 5 but I have to do a 12-13 mile long run and one morning double thing. So, I guess I'll do some more 6 mile days this week.
