Notes

I did 5 miles today and nothing else. I feel a lot better from yesterday. I ran in the morning this time and hydrated better. Reflecting, I think partially yesterday was just not hydrating properly (I stopped sweating a little after half way), some legit tiredness, and the downward spiral of negative thinking.
