800 T, 10x400m @ 5k (25s rest), 800 hard. I felt ok today, I ran this the opposite direction which felt weird and gave me a blister which kinda derailed me on the 800 at the end. I was not pushing off or landing the same way and I super duper noticed it, which mentally took me out of it. The 400s I had 4 70s, 3 71s, and 3 72s. 800 was 2:23.
