Long run with Ty, Jason, and Michelle. Michelle and Jason went slower so Ty and I ran together from mile 3 onwards. We progressed pretty well on this one despite humidity and stuff. I like that Rogue River trail (aka white pine but going from Belmont to Rockford and then beyond). Watch was not accurate so its hard to say exactly what the pace was, but I am pretty confident the whole back half was sub 6:30 with the last few being 6:10 down to 5:40ish.
