Notes

Long (?) run today. I was gonna do 12 but then I didn't feel like it so much. Honestly my legs felt awful today which was surprising since I have only felt good since coming back, but maybe it caught up to me, or maybe it was because I ran faster yesterday and then hopped straight into the car for 30 minutes and didn't stretch or roll or nothin'. Idk either way felt bad but got the work in and still wasn't slow compared to where I normally am at this point in training.
