Notes

Threshold 400s today! I did 5x4x400m with the goal being @ 85 w/ 25-30s rest. I jogged the warm up with Jason and Micah and I realized I didn't have a watch which is fine, but then Jason offered to help me get started on the right pace. Ran between 82-85 for all of my reps, but almost all of them were 83-84. I should add, Jason then proceeded to time each of my reps lol which was helpful. Felt really strong the whole way and just focused on good form the whole time. Also was into a strong headwind at the start of each rep, so bonus fitness points there. At the start of the 5th set I also decided to tac on some 200s @ mile(ish) pace to see how it would feel on some tired legs. Ran 34-35 for those according to Jason's watch. Very good day on the track today!
