Notes

Long run combined with my second workout this week just because that's the way things worked out with the weather and giving Brynne company for her workout on Wednesday. I felt kind of bad going into this, but it worked out alright given how I felt and the fact that I definitely went longer than I wanted lol. 15 min carpenter aka 15x(1min on 1min off). Started this at 6.5 miles in because we had a good amount of clear ground to work with in that stretch. Started at like 5:30 and got down to 5:00 by the end. Overall, decent effort. I did not overdo it, but the run itself felt long and I was very tired after it. I think I have been lowkey sick for a week or two now and so that's not helping.
