Was super late to East Van Intervals (was just gonna jog) because of traffic due to the chemical fire at the port, so I headed out on my own. I was pretty pissed, thinking that I could have just stayed home to run if I was gonna run alone, but I met Cody along the way and ran about 6 miles together.
